Jody grew up in Wichita KS and moved to Denver, CO after college. She lived in Denver for almost 15 years working many of those years in the staffing/recruiting business. Jody’s husband is originally from MT and after a few trips home to visit family, they couldn’t resist relocating to the Treasure State. Jody has three children, Riley, Coy and Johnny and enjoys spending as much time with them as possible camping, skiing, fishing, hiking and traveling. Jody thrives on hard work, making great matches, helping candidates grow in their career and giving back in our community. Love Inc, Thrive, Gallatin Farm to Table, CASA, Child Care Connections, Roots Family Collaborative are close to her heart. Jody is a founding member of SkyOro and a Prospera member.

DANIELLE

Danielle was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Science in 2020. Her interest in psychology and helping others led her to pursue recruiting at Big Sky Staffing in April of 2022. Danielle loves to visit family in Great Falls, as well as go hiking, camping, and boating in the summer. She is excited to work with people who want to grow in their career and support them though the process.
